In November 2020, the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption of Serbia published the new Manual on recognizing and managing conflict of interest situations and incompatibilities. This Manual is addressed primarily to the public officials, but as well to the wider audience to improve the knowledge on the conflict of interest and with a goal to clearly explain the legal framework of the Law on Prevention of Corruption (entered into force as of 1^st September 2020) and on the other side to present practical cases to facilitate understanding of the legal notions, rights, and obligations of the public officials.
