Albania: Special Anti-Corruption Court, HJC Starts Candidate Selections

 

The High Judicial Council (HJC) has started on Thursday the selection of candidates for the establishment of the Special Anti-Corruption Court.

The meeting in which some of the priorities we reviewed in connection with the functioning of the Special Courts against Corruption and Organized Crime, and the appointment of candidates for magistrates graduated from the School of Magistrates, was developed this morning.

The process of communicating with the state institutions competent for the verification of property and image of candidates for graduate magistrate in 2018, has started also.
