RAI Secretariat Team visited beneficiaries and stakeholders in Montenegro.

Within the Implementation of the „Regional Programme on Strengthening the Capacity of Anti-corruption Authorities and Civil Society to Combat Corruption and Contribute to the UNCAC Review Process“, Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI) Secretariat, supported by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), organized a Programme visit to the authorities in Montenegro for the purpose of presenting Programme potentials and objectives and discussing its implementation in Montenegro. RAI Team held meetings with the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and the Ministry of Justice, as the key beneficiaries of the Programme and presented the activities of the Programme in more detail. The action plan for the upcoming year were developed in accordance with the beneficiaries’ needs, especially regarding Corruption Risk Assessment and Corruption Proofing of Legislation.

RAI Team conducted a round of consultations with the civil society sector who are our key stakeholders and UNDP Mission to Montenegro and updated them on the progress of actions in Montenegro and the SEE Region and got valuable feedback on the Regional Programme.
