The IT tool has the aim to support the Agency’s staff for more effective proofing of corruption and represents the final stage of the Regional Programme towards the implementation of the respective preventive measure within the Programme beneficiary countries. Developed under the Programme titled “Southeast Europe Regional Programme on Strengthening the Capacity of Anti-corruption Authorities and Civil Society to Combat Corruption and Contribute to the UNCAC Review Process”, the IT tool for Corruption Proofing of Legislation has been successfully implemented and installed within the Agency for Prevention of Corruption in Montenegro on September 10th 2019.

The Regional Programme is implemented by RAI and UNODC since December 2015, and financed by the Austrian Development Agency.
