Project: Breaking the Silence: Enhancing the whistleblowing policies and culture in Western Balkans and Moldova (April 1, 2020-March 31, 2020)

Chaired by RAI Secretariat, Sarajevo, the online inauguration project committee meeting with the representatives from EU DG NEAR, Brussels and the Project team provided the opportunity to introduce the priorities of the project, state of play in the implementation, and work plan for the next period, noting the potential mitigation measures due to protracted challenges posed by COVID-19. The meeting also exchanged views on how the visibility and communication tools can contribute to strengthening the regional-tested whistleblowing legislative frameworks and institutional arrangements and link to concrete stakeholders and communication channels. The meeting ended on a high note reflecting the positive feedback from the attendees on the progress made to date in the implementation of this important project.
