Within the framework of the regional project “Strengthening the Anti-Corruption in the South East Europe through Improving Asset Seizure Measures”, implemented by RAI Secretariat and AIRE Center, the Project Manager Ms. Desislava Gotskova and the Project National Coordinator for Kosovo* Ms. Ganimete Ismajli had meetings with Mr. Aleksander Lumezi, Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Skender Cocaj, Chair of Judicial Council and Mr. Enver Fejzullahu, Executive Director of the Academy of Justice.

 

 

Strengthening regional cooperation in asset recovery cases and building up the capacity of judiciary to effectively implement asset recovery legislation have been discussed during the meetings. Avenues for future cooperation have been outlined.
