11 February 2020, Belgrade, Serbia – Working Meeting to discuss the need of Bilateral/Regional Asset Sharing Agreement

On the initiative of Ministry of Justice of Republic of Serbia, practitioners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia will take part in an expert working meeting to explore if there is a need for bilateral or regional asset sharing agreement. The meeting is the first in a series bilateral meetings aiming to foster regional cooperation in asset recovery cases which will be organized within the framework of the 2 – years regional project “Strengthening the anti-corruption in the South East Europe through improving asset seizure measures”, implemented by Advice on Individual Rights in Europe (AIRE) Center and Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI) Secretariat. The Project is financed by the UK government and supported by Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
