Igor Tanurovski has been elected new President of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC). Tanurovski was elected after the mandate of the former SCPC president Goran Milenkov ended.

“Due to Goran Milenkov’s mandate finishing and in accordance with article 48 from the Law on prevention of corruption, the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption has elected Igor Tanurovski for president“, SCPC’s report states.

The President of the State Commissions for Prevention of Corruption is elected from the members of the commission, and his mandate lasts a year.
